In order for the affiliate to earn a commission by promoting our product, all affiliate users and their referrals need to fulfill following conditions:
- users must apply to our affiliate program
- all submitted affiliate program applications need to be manually approved by the site owner or administrator before user gets the status of active affiliate and can earn a commission for promoting our products
- all affiliate users will get commission only if new product purchase was made using their (affiliate users) unique referral link and only for the product purchase which have order status as COMPLETED including at least one successful payment after trial periods
- all affiliate that fulfill the requirements from above get the right to be paid out 30 days after first successful order completion, which does not include free trials
- all affiliate commissions will be paid out manually by the site owner or administrator using affiliates PayPal email address
- no additional payout way are available, other than PayPal email address transactions
- site owner and administrator hold the right to reject and/or terminate affiliate users account at any time without any prior notice
- all affiliate accounts that are rejected or terminated by site owner or admin will also loose the right to all unpaid commissions, and those commissions will get automatically transferred to site owner or administrator
- we currently don’t accept any disputes, and hold the right to handle all affiliates commissions as if ours until the moment when affiliate commission is sent to affiliate user who earned it using their unique referral URL
- before affiliate user is paid out for all VALID commissions, which will be determined and classified as such by the site owner or administrator, affiliate user holds no rights to those earnings
