AFK Assistant for macOS
Full macOS support is finally here — across every edition. Keep your Mac active with natural mouse, keyboard, scroll, and app activity, so your status stays online while you step away.
You asked, we listened
We're happy to announce that all AFK Assistant editions now come with full macOS support. A lot of users asked for this, and while there were some difficulties along the way, we were able to resolve every issue and overcome the obstacles to bringing our products to the Mac.
We rolled it out carefully — first releasing alpha and beta editions to a small group of users and testing thoroughly to make sure everything worked as expected. Every macOS edition was also tested with Time Doctor, to confirm that AFK Assistant stays undetected and never appears in the "used apps" list in time-tracking software reports.
The Mac edition brings the same intelligent, randomized activity simulation you get on Windows — cursor movement, keyboard activity, scrolling, app switching, and idle detection — so you can take real breaks without your status ever slipping to idle.
Every edition, every feature
Basic, Pro, and Ultimate all run natively on macOS with the same feature set you'd expect on Windows.
Verified undetected
Tested against Time Doctor and confirmed to stay off the used-apps report — your activity looks entirely human.
Tested on real macOS
Verified on macOS Big Sur and Monterey, and built to run on later versions too.
Everything you get on the Mac
The full AFK Assistant toolkit, tuned for macOS. Mix and match activity types to build a natural, undetectable pattern.
Mouse & keyboard
Randomized clicks, fast and slow cursor movement, and non-conflicting keyboard activity that never gets in your way.
Scrolling
Vertical and horizontal scrolling with varied distances and natural pauses, just like real reading and browsing.
App & tab switching
Cycle between open applications and browser tabs with randomized timing that looks like genuine multitasking.
Idle detection
Auto-runs only when your Mac goes idle for a threshold you choose, then stops the moment you return.
Deep customization
Granular per-activity settings with sensible defaults, so it works out of the box or tunes to your exact habits.
Support that helps
Our team can help you configure AFK Assistant to run smoothly alongside your specific time-tracking tool.
Built for modern macOS
We tested AFK Assistant on macOS Big Sur and Monterey, and it's built to keep working on newer releases. Since this is an early Mac release, an occasional quirk may appear on a version we haven't tested yet — your feedback helps us make it perfect.
A note on remote features
The remote-control features (controlling AFK Assistant from any browser) are not available on macOS at this time. Every other feature — mouse, keyboard, scrolling, app and tab switching, and idle detection — is fully supported. Need remote control? It's available on the Windows edition.
